Therefore, during the equipment procurement process of this warehousing and logistics park, they ultimately decided to purchase from domestic brands. BYD forklift, relying on its unique advantages in the technical aspect, became the final "winner".

When the forklift drivers and warehouse staff were asked about "Your perception of BYD forklifts", their responses were as follows.

The forklift drivers stated that they have experienced and tested various brands of forklifts, from the initial internal combustion forklifts to the current all-electric lithium battery forklifts. Based solely on the feeling during the test drive, the all-electric lithium battery forklifts' lack of noise and no fumes is undoubtedly the most obvious perception. From a long-term driving experience perspective, compared to the previous lead-acid electric forklifts, the internal combustion forklifts have a more pronounced "lack of power" feeling.

"For example, at the same tonnage, the internal combustion forklift can lift heavier objects more easily, and the driving speed when handling heavy objects is also faster for the internal combustion forklift compared to the lead-acid forklift," said one of the drivers.

However, they also stated that with the rapid development of all-electric lithium battery forklifts in recent years, this phenomenon has improved significantly. Now, the performance of both the internal combustion forklifts and the all-electric lithium battery forklifts is almost the same. In addition, the noise and fumes of the all-electric lithium battery forklifts improve the working environment. Compared to the all-electric lithium battery forklifts, the all-electric lithium battery forklifts are definitely better.

An older forklift driver specifically told us: "We can't really say what the BYD forklifts look like in our eyes. Let's talk about the forklifts based on our physical feelings. Even after long hours of bending over and stretching out our legs, they don't hurt as severely as before. Since I obtained the forklift driving license, I have been driving forklifts for almost 10 years. To be honest, driving a forklift is like driving a car. But since I started driving this new all-electric lithium battery forklift from BYD two years ago, although the situation still exists, it has improved significantly compared to earlier years. Under the dual planning of current green development and the dual carbon goals, using clean and efficient handling equipment within the logistics and warehousing area is not only a policy requirement but also reflects the social responsibility of the relevant operators.

"Procuring BYD's new energy lithium battery forklifts to upgrade and replace the existing handling equipment within the park is, on one hand, to hope to bring a better storage environment to the service enterprises within the park. On the other hand, the storage of goods within the park has further raised the pollution requirements. For example, an enterprise that produces paper products, if we continue to use internal combustion forklifts, may not be able to meet the customer's requirements for the cleanliness of the park, which will result in the loss of customers in the park. "The person in charge said, "At the same time, during the daily use after procurement, we also found that the overall usage cost of the new energy lithium battery forklifts is much lower than that of the internal combustion forklifts. This has also opened up a new path for us in energy conservation and emission reduction. In the future, we plan to replace all the internal combustion forklifts that need to be upgraded and replaced within the park with new energy lithium battery forklifts, creating a 'low-carbon logistics park'."
